This course covers an important analysis process used in many
semiconductor manufacturing operations, called Design of Experiments, or
DOE.  Design of Experiments is a methodology used when optimizing and
stabilizing a manufacturing process.  This includes use of statistical
analysis like ANOVA to identify how input variables, or factors, affect a
process, and how differences in outputs, or responses, arise, based on
the input factors.
